Resume searching permits candidate resume search by category, keywords, city, state, nearest 30 zip codes, position titles, job descriptions, candidate skill matrix, salary, years of experience, location, willingness to relocate, citizenship status, resume number and additional selection criteria's. More than simple Boolean searches found elsewhere, resumes are returned using weighted algorithms matching ratio of relevance of the resume to the search criteria.
